Well u’re in luck, there is a cool Wordpress themes Generator, that u can select how many column that u want, color scheme, text scheme, menu type, tag cloud, and more, all with just selecting a few drop downs.
Once u’ve already set the layout of your theme, n’ ready to create the tempalte, ujust klik the “save” button n’ u will get link to download the “zip” file. It’s easy n’ u no need to learn HTML, CSS, etc. Have fun ..

saya ingin sedikit membantu yach..
pengeditan theme subdomain di wordpress(subdomain berarti blablabla.wordpress.com, blablabla=subdomain) tidak diperbolehkan, sudah dibundled fiturnya.. gmn ya njelasinnya
bner pertanyaan mas Musafir Kecil, apa harus berbayar, jawabnya iya harus
maklum lah mas, situs dapet gratis, halal… 
klo mas mau freedomain .name bisa di liat di free hostingnya bisa di liat di mbah Google dengan kata kunci free hosting, atau free webhosting, dst.
klo mau website berbayar ya saya sarankan untuk server IIX aja jika target pengunjung orang indonesia
