Google Chrome New Feature
September 8, 2008Even Google Chrome still have a problem cause still Beta version, and it’s still released for Windows Operating System only. My friend said he doesn’t want to use it cause it doesn’t have linux version. Maybe we can wait for linux version of Google Chrome 
. By the way it have some feature might be you want to know. But i will compile this Google Chrome feature from my objections . Actually Google Chrome addopted some feature from their big four competitor like Internet Explorer (IE8), Opera, Firefox, & Safari. But let’s see what it’s featured.
Here it is…
- Stealth Mode / Incognito Mode – Actually this mode already has it by IE8, and has been inlcuding in Safari which called “Private Browsing”. It is used when you want to open webpages but you don’t want be logged by your browser. When you close your Incognito mode, your browser gonna be delete all your download histories and all new cookies.I thinks it the same with Firefox when you want to activate this options.
- Useful Information of Start Page – In opera start page called speed dial which will show you the page with your configuration bookmarked page. But if you are using Google Chrome, the order of spped dial has been generated from the most page that you always been visited. And there is another information of pages which you already bookmarked and pages have you been closed.
- Safe Browsing – Google chrome already built in with some kind of anti malware software, cause it can remind us if we open website which contain a suspected phishing, malware or otherwise unsafe website
- Bookmarks Button – When you are using this browser, you’ll see the star icon at the left edge of the address bar, just click it and you already bookmarked website address of your favorite which already opening.
- Resizable Text Boxes – These are fantastic for anyone who creates content, whether it be full on news stories or the odd racist blog comment. Google’s version in Chrome is functionally identical to Safari’s earlier version of the feature, which was recently added with version 3.
- Domain Highlighting – Internet Explorer 8 isn’t even out yet and Google Chrome has managed to crib a feature from it. When the beta was put up for download last week, we noticed that the root domain name was always highlighted, which helps users keep track of what site they’re on to avoid phishing attacks with syntactically confusing URLs.

Another useful feature that I thought was a bug at first! If you do a text find on a page then a line appears in the vertical scroll bar to show where all occurences of the search text are.

mengerikan! dari email, duit buat makan (google ads), google earth, analystic, gtalk sekarang browser. gerak kita terekam semua oleh google.

I’m pro-Chrome, but I’m hanging on to my old installation of Firefox until my plugins catch up with Chrome (or vice versa, I suppose).
I do think it’s a wee bit faster than the ‘Fox!

As with everything, I prefer to wait until after the beta mode. That’s if I even come to try this new browser. I’m quite happy with Mozilla to be honest.
