Food Crisis & Cellphone Warning

October 26, 2008

What connections between Food Crisis and waning not to use cellphone ..??

This news i’ve got from CNET, that North Korean government limit their residence about using their mobile phone, including long distance call.

Apparently, the government of North Korea do the reason because they do not want information about the food crisis to worsen in the country spread widely.  The news reported by Vitit Muntarborn, investigators in the United Nations (UN) human rights affairs.

Extremely, tourist which came to North Korea not allowed to use the phone or using their mobile phone. Phone that they brought will be returned when visitors leave North Korea.

The restriction about the use of mobile phone news came after the UN announced about 2.7 people suffer North Korea future food shortage.

I know this news maybe not important to you, but i don’t get a point, why the government make the limitation about using a phone especially long distance call. Or it can be a sin for them that worldwide do not want to know ?? How about if there is some country wanna try to help ..??

That’s what bad government ultimately leads to: famine. What a terrible thing to do to your own people. Growing food is simple, if you have good weather and a stable society.

Last time I was down South, I was in a restaurant and ordered some chicken, and these three cousins, you know the ones I mean, Klu, Kluck and Klan, come up and say “Boy, we’re givin’ you fair warnin’. Anything you do to that chicken, we’re gonna do to you.” So I put down my knife and fork, and I picked up that chicken, and I kissed it. (Dick Gregory) :P
