Elena Desserich passed away in 2007. Her parents, Keith and Brooke, made a book from the letters their daughter had written. The book is called, “Notes Left Behind”.
A young girl from the Tri-State who passed away from brain cancer had left notes and letters for her family members around her house. Now, those notes and letters have been made into a book that comes out Tuesday.
The Desserichs will celebrate the release of the book at Joseph Beth Booksellers in Rookwood Tuesday evening.
Harper Collins sold over 150,000 pre-sale copies of the book and have printed it in 13 different languages.
