John Mayer is a Twitter addict. John Mayer isn’t the only Twitter addict in the world, but I would have to say that ending a relationship with Jennifer Aniston would be about the highest loss someone could incur through addictive Tweeting.

I can see how Twitter is addicting. However, I have always been a private person. While I may use Twitter to share interesting things I find online, I hardly ever use Twitter to share private news. I follow a variety of celebrities, just because I am curious as to what they are Tweeting. I also follow organizations that Tweet inspirational quotes. Twitter can be used on your cell phone, your computer, and even your iPod Touch. You can Tweet virtually anywhere – on the bus, on a plane, on your living room sofa, and even at work. Many workplaces even have Twitter blocked from their network so that employees don’t Tweet instead of work.

Twitter has gotten a number of celebrities in trouble. Just recently, Meghan McCain got into a world of trouble when she Tweeted a sultry picture of herself holding an Andy Warhol biography. Meghan McCain’s Twitter photo showed a significant amount of cleavage, and the world was shocked that the conservative daughter of Senator and former Presidential hopeful John McCain had breasts.

In another recent Twitter slip, Elisabeth Hasselbeck inadvertently sent a picture of her nipple along with her newborn to her family. Luckily for Hasselbeck, her nipple slip didn’t get leaked out beyond her family and friends. However, had she allowed everyone in the world to follow her, her nipple would have been plastered everywhere.
