Google Sandbox Curse & Mistery

My blogs got unlucky again, after got 1000 visitors a day 2 months a go, right now become less than 100 a day. I know why, some people says that it cause Google Sandbox system, why i called system, it’s like a mistery and a curse from google if your blog from 100 visitors a day become 1000/ day just in one month. So systems in google search engine automatically detected. So what should i do …??
I read some tips that what should i do is keep post this blog, and if you can your post always stable and got visitors naturally. So how i could have visitors naturally if i do not have a community. So you must join community, like forum, mailing list, guest blogging, etc.
I think i should follow that steps, keep post blog, and i know it hard to get attention from google again but it must. So i think i must have a resolution this year is posting blog 5 article a day, if can it’s unique content … can i ..?? hope so ..
