Jeffery Morin’s $5 million Coins For Anything empire story
A Washington Post story by Thomas Heath covers the history of coin entrepreneur Jeffery Morin owner of coins for anything, whose “coin” dealership brings in $5,000,000/year from his store about coin collectibles called Coins For Anything. Here is the short story
During lunch breaks, Morin would run to his barracks, package the coins into bubble-padded envelopes, address them by hand and walk them to the base post office for mailing; the envelope and postage for each coin cost him $1.05, which came off his profit. (more…)

RRA Attorney Law Firm demise to have trickle-down impact
The situation involving Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler and its leader, Scott Rothstein, has the potential for rippling impact in the South Florida charitable, political and business communities. The Dan Marino Foundation, named after the Miami Dolphins Hall of Fame quarterback, has two upcoming events involving RRA, which is going into receivership, and Bova Group, in which Rothstein is an investor.
Suzanne Friedel, development coordinator for the foundation, said the group was “moving forward with our events, but otherwise I don’t have any comment.” (more…)

Hot Gossip of Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler Attorney Law Firm
It’s not yet clear exactly what’s going on at the prominent Fort. Lauderdale, Florida, law firm Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler. But something strange is a foot. According to south Florida press reports, the law firm (Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler) has hired former U.S. attorney Kendall Coffey to investigate allegations involving founding partner Scott Rothstein. According to the above-linked story in the Broward-Palm Beach New Times, the turmoil appears to caused by an imploding investment venture by Rothstein, who is believed to be in Morocco. (more…)
