City Thats Never Sleeps

What is your thinking when you heard about “City Thats Never Sleeps”?

When I heard about “City Thats Never Sleeps” I remember about a song, where parts of lyrics contain this sentences. This song was sang by Frank Sinatra, called “New York New York”.

New York City, the city which always good for sightseeing even at night.
