Delicious Corned Beef And Cabbage Recipe

It’s not about st patrick s day, but its just about corned beef and cabbage related to st patrick s day recipe. And i’d like to share how to make delicious corned beef and cabbage, from recipe i’ve got from internet. lets begin….
Instead of the usual (sometimes) overcooked cabbage, I first steamed the cabbage, tossed it with a little olive oil, salt and pepper, and then roasted it in a hot oven with carrots and potatoes. They vegetables were really delicious this way! (more…)
