CEO and Directors Recruiter

At July 2008 we heard that founder and chairman of Microsoft Corps make announcement that he will transition out of a day-to-day role in the company to spend more time on his foundation called Bill & Melissa Gates Foundation.

He will resign from Microsoft corporation and gonna be replaced by another persons. You know that Gates position is like an executive at Microsoft Company, like an Chief Executive Officer (CEO). But i don’t know when we are gonna be have a CEO like him again. At least person which gonna be stand up to make Microsoft Company go bigger and more develop with their innovation.

As I know, if a company want to recruit new employee sometimes using another company to make a recruitment, but usually is just low level employee or supervisor. But if company which merged at some holding company looking for good director or CEO for one of their company it gonna be difficult to find some company to handle it. But I just know some persons that’s have so may experience about which people good for being CEO or Director. One of them is Dennis Carey. He was experience in that field.

So i thinks Microsft should contact this persons. J
