Walmart’s BlackBerry Deals – Black Friday 2009
Walmart have recently revealed their next Black Friday deals, all of these deals will consist of getting a $100 Walmart gift card when you purchase a BlackBerry handset as part of a two-year deal. The handsets that are offered as part of the Black Friday deal include the following AT&T handsets, the BlackBerry Curve 8310 and the BlackBerry Bold 9000. Also included in the deal are the following T-Mobile handsets the BlackBerry Curve 8520 and the BlackBerry Pearl 8120 Black Emerald. (more…)

Official: Verizon BlackBerry Storm 2 Release Date and Price Are October 28 and $179 at http://verizonwireless.com/storm
The inevitable has happened today as Verizon has officially announced the arrival of the BlackBerry Storm2 smartphone at their official website http://www.verizonwireless.com/storm. We don’t know why Verizon Wireless didn’t introduced the handset so far, but you can rest assured now as RIM’s second-gen Storm will be here on October 28th. If you want to learn more about the BlackBerry 9550 then you can head over to www.verizonwireless.com/storm. A few days ago we presented you a leaked photo of a Storm2 page over at Verizon’s official website which showed that the phone is coming on that date for $179.99 after $100 MIR with a two-year service agreement. RIM makes the BlackBerry Bold 9700 official, hitting in November
RIM spoiled our fun and formally announced the BlackBerry Bold 9700. Things like carriers, release dates and pricing have been withheld for the time being, but RIM has made a statement saying that we should all expect to see the BlackBerry 9700 go on sale “around the world beginning in November.” Spec wise, nothing has changed since our pre-release review, but just in case some of you forgot or weren’t paying a whole lot of attention, (more…)
