What is HP OpenView
Monday, March 17th, 2008When i start working at my place to work now, i was introduced to HP Openview, when i heard before work in my place right now, i thought HP Openview is a network monitoring software.
After a month i was introduced with someone which friend of my friend, he called dadan, He was project manager to implement HP OpenView software called “Service Desk” which it functions to record all IT problem and log it. (more…)
