A PATH train entering the 33rd Street station struck the end-of-the-line bumping block barricade Wednesday morning, this path train accident injuring 13 passengers and sending seven to hospitals, fire and officials said.
All the injuries were minor, a Port Authority spokesman said. The passengers who required medical attention complained of neck and back pain, officials said. Five were taken to Bellevue Hospital Center, while two were taken to St. Vincent’s Hospital Manhattan. (more…)
